In 1988, a near tragic fall from a diner's high chair led mom Jamie Leach to consider additional options in order to help protect her infant son Alex and keep him safe when her and her husband were ... out and about. With a seamstress friend and an original idea, Jamie created what she called the "Wriggle Wrap," and decided to patent her idea later that year.
After the invention of the Wriggle Wrap, Jamie and her husband began the line of Leachco products and continues to expand their product lines to include innovative, creative solutions for parents. From feeding and bathing accessories to on-the-go safety products, Leachco has become one of the most widely recognized companies in the baby and child product industry. Their products are carried at most large retailers, both online and offline, and they continue to expand to include other intuitive products, such as specialized pillows for moms-to-be and diaper bags and changing pads for the parent on the run.
