Alyson Starr Probsy is a full-time mother of two who started Star Kids Products after initially submitting her snack and play travel tray for a contest in 2002. After finding success in her invention, she worked with SBDC (Small Business Development Corporation), a local sewing company, and a friend, Alyson’s “Starr” was born!
