These days, too many children are inactive. Obesity is a serious epidemic in America, and getting children outside to release energy and increase physical activity is becoming more and more ... difficult for the average American family with a busy lifestyle. Additionally, younger children often became frustrated learning the ins and outs of sports, and three individuals were ready to find a way to make learning and playing sports fun for any level.
In 2006, three toy veterans came together to create Diggin Active in Emeryville, California. These three had over 30 years of combined experience when it came to creating and marketing sports gear for children. With a love of kids and sports, these three developed Diggin Active which became the leader of innovative sports toys and products that encouraged fun and movement.
Diggin Active has developed over the years with more and more products, often integrating electronic elements to stimulate children and encourage them to practice and play. Learning sports can be frustrated, and Diggin Active ensures that the fun is brought back into the love of sports.
